Amazon FBA agency
Let It Grow is an independent Amazon FBA agency based in Belgium. We take care of your entire Fulfilled by Amazon business: FBA setup, inbound shipments, fee control, product listings, advertising and European expansion. You stay in control of your brand and your margins, while we handle Amazon's day to day operational complexity.
What our Amazon FBA agency does
Full management of your FBA channel, from the first inbound shipment to monthly profitability tracking.
- FBA setup and inbound shipments Shipping plans, labelling, prep requirements and warehouse choices, to avoid rejected receipts and non compliance fees.
- Inventory forecasting and replenishment Stock coverage tracked per SKU to avoid stockouts, which hurt your ranking, and dead stock, which drives up storage fees.
- FBA fee control Checks on recorded dimensions and weights, fulfilment and storage fees, and recovery of reimbursements owed for lost or damaged units.
- Product listings and Amazon SEO Titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ Content and images: FBA brings the Prime badge, but the listing is what converts.
- Amazon Ads Sponsored Products, Brands and Display managed from your real margin after FBA fees, not from a theoretical ACOS.
- European expansion and Pan-EU Launching neighbouring marketplaces, choosing between centralised stock, Pan-EU and a multi country network, with VAT, OSS and EPR built in from the start.
Why work with an Amazon FBA agency
FBA simplifies logistics, not account management. The costliest mistakes we see on the accounts we take over are almost always the same: stockouts that wipe out rankings built over months, long term storage fees on SKUs that don't sell through, wrongly recorded dimensions that inflate fulfilment fees, reimbursements never claimed, and advertising run without accounting for the real FBA cost per unit. An Amazon FBA agency brings these topics into a regular review, so every euro sold on Amazon stays profitable once all fees are deducted.
Which brands we work with
We support Belgian and French SMEs selling their own products under their own brand: those preparing to launch on Amazon with FBA, and those already selling who want to regain control of their costs, inventory or growth. We do not work with unbranded resale or dropshipping models.
FBA or FBM: an honest answer
FBA is not the right answer for every product. For heavy, bulky, seasonal or slow moving SKUs, a hybrid approach or shipping orders yourself (FBM) is often more profitable. We run this calculation SKU by SKU before recommending anything. For the basics, read our Amazon FBA guide.
FAQ
- What does an Amazon FBA agency actually do?
- It manages your seller account and your Fulfilled by Amazon operations: inbound shipments, forecasting, fees, reimbursements, product listings, advertising and expansion to other marketplaces. The goal is an FBA business that is profitable after fees, not just revenue.
- Do you handle the physical logistics?
- No. We don't store or ship goods. We manage everything that happens in Seller Central (shipping plans, labelling, requirements, receipt tracking) and coordinate with your warehouse, prep centre or freight forwarder.
- Do you work with brands just starting with Amazon FBA?
- Yes. We start with a unit margin simulation including referral fees, FBA fees and storage, then prepare the account, the listings and the first inbound shipment.
- Do you work with private label or arbitrage FBA sellers?
- We work with brands selling their own products. We don't offer Amazon FBA training, sourcing in China, or support for arbitrage or dropshipping.
- Do you manage the Pan-EU programme?
- Yes. We assess whether Pan-EU makes sense for your catalog given the VAT obligations in each storage country, and set it up if the numbers work.
- How do you charge?
- A setup fee, a monthly management fee and a variable share linked to Amazon revenue. We start with a free audit of your account or your project.
